Manufacturing & Quality Process

We take pride in the manufacturing process that are premium products are made.  Our manufacturing facility is FDA registered and is Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliant.  Having an internationally recognized quality system with ISO certification for quality is important to us and to how we manufacture our products. 
 
Our manufacturing process uses USP Grade Water (Pharmaceutical Grade), comply with FDA regulations for OTC products and are ISO 13485:2003 certified.  The facilities are also Health Canada approved.  MedZone continually strives to make our products, customer experiences and manufacturing processes better.  We are committed to the highest quality standards for our products. 
 
Our team is comprised of sports medicine professionals, certified athletic trainers, chemist, manufacturing specialist and experts with knowledge of quality, regulatory compliance, manufacturing, and sports injury treatment, prevention and management.
