Dear MedZone staff:

I just wanted to give some feedback on your ChafeZone® , PainZone® and BurnZone® products.  I received them from a friend that had samples you provided to her organization.  She knows I'm an avid cyclist and police officer and offered them to me. 

I used all three products during and after a 103 mile charity bike ride I was in this weekend. 
The ChaffeZone® Anti chafing stick worked just as I hoped.  After over 6 hours of cycling, my "hot spots" that I'd normally get on my butt and groin were near nonexistent.  Pain was minimal and completely relieved by the BurnZone® roll on.  By the next day I was irritation and pain free. 

The PainZone® was a great temporary pain relief for my calves and one quad muscle that cramped near the end of the ride.  I've used it for two days now when I'm trying to loosen up my tight muscles. 

This was the first time I've used products like this and was looking for something since I knew this bike ride would tax my comfort on many levels.  Great job!

I see in your literature that the ChafeZone® is good for "chest armor irritation".  I've been fortunate to never experience that but I was just issued new body armor as part of normal replacement, so if the new fit isn't right, at least I have something to try to relieve it.

I just wanted to email a note about your products PainZone®, DepthZone®, and ChafeZone®.  I first started using the products when a friend gave me some after discussing with him about problems I was having after shoulder surgery. I was constantly having to take oral meds and anti inflammatory drugs to keep the pain down. This was going on for months after the surgery.  I had tried to keep up with my normal activities and found that the only thing that really made my shoulder feel better was the application of DepthZone® and then PainZone®. I could actually “feel” a lessening of the discomfort in a few minutes after application.

I continued the use of this and was able to get away from taking the oral medications, in a couple of weeks.

My primary job is that of a firefighter/paramedic for a city fire dept.  An additional function I have is that of a tactical paramedic assigned to SWAT.  I have been using ChafeZone® to alleviate the abrasion points under my body armor. It is incredible the difference it makes, I can wear the heavy body armor  all day during callouts and training and not feel the chafing and pain that I had prior to discovering ChafeZone®.  ChafeZone® lasts all day and there is no need for re-application.

Monster Energy Kawasaki Riders Fill Out Top-10 at WORCS Season Opener
Surprise, Ariz. –

Monster Energy Kawasaki’s off-road riders all finished inside the WORCS Pro top-10 with come-from-behind finishes by Ricky Dietrich, Destry Abbott, and Justin Soulè at the opening round at Speedworld MX Park. Dietrich came from 11th to finish fifth, Abbott from 10th to sixth, and Soulè came back from a hard crash to go from 18th to 10th. Each rider gave 100 percent in the season opener, with all of them in good position going into the second round. Kawasaki rider Ryan Abbatoye finished second in the Pro 2 class just behind the leader. (complete article here)

Hi Tony,

I hope things have been going well with you. I had to write you to let you know how well the ChafeZone® and PainZone® have been working for me. I don't know if I told you but when we got to the airport at Indy I went in the restroom and put PainZone® around both of my knees. Normally when I'm sitting still for any more then an hour my knees really ache and I become very uncomfortable and have to try to stretch and move around a lot. I was able to fly from Indy to Charlotte to Pheonix to Ontario, over 8 hours, and my knees never bothered me. That was great. Also, I've been using ChaefZone® on my butt and crotch for my bike rides and it is also working really well.
But, I've got to tell you about a ride I did this past Sunday. It's an invitational ride put on once a year on the Soboba Indian Reservation in Hemet, Calif. Malcolm Smith is always the Grand Marshall. It usually draws around 400 riders and it is one tough ride. We go up and down tight canyons, bashing through bushes, up hills, across ridges, and down hills. Anyways, it was so tight and twisty that it took over 4 hours to complete the two loops that totaled about 60 miles. Most of the time your on the seat moving around to control the bike. In the past, at the end of this ride, my butt, hands and knees are wasted. I'll tell you what, with ChafeZone® on my hands and butt and PainZone® on my knees, when I finished the ride, I felt great. My knees were a little sore but my hands and butt were perfect, no issues at all. I put some more PainZone® on my knees afterward and they felt much better too.
I just wanted to say thanks again for introducing me to your products Tony , and I'm sure the future will be good for you and MedZone®.

New Customer- ChafeZone®

As you might remember from when we met, I am a larger man and as a former college center I have some large legs. In the past when ever I tried to play more than 18 holes of golf, I would be in pain by the middle of the second round due to my legs rubbing together. I have tried compression shorts, silk boxers, baby powder and nothing has ever seemed to work.

However, I am happy to report that I used ChafeZone® before we started our 54 holes tournament “GutFest”. On Saturday I played 36 holes with no rubbing or any chafing in the later rounds. But the true test for your ChafeZone® product was on Sunday when we got poured on, it drizzled for the first three holes and then the bottom fell out and we got drenched. My cotton shorts were soaked, and I had 15 more holes to play after we sat waiting an hour and a half for the rain to clear out. Wet shorts and more golf to play normally spelled disaster for my inner thighs, and one bad set of chafed thighs for me, but much to my amazement after the round, even with my shorts drying out, getting wet again, drying and then getting soaked again with sweat when the sun came back out I was not chafed at all after the round. I am a believer in your product.

My goodness! DermaZone® is my new favorite product! I have had this ongoing rash on both of my lower legs for months now. Nothing helps. I've tried numerous topical creams, ointments and prescription medications with no luck. It seems to be caused by some sort of an allergy which I am unsure of the exact agent because it seems to come and go twice a year for at least the last 5 years. I had the thought to try this product and am so grateful that you answered my request.

Within 3 days I saw a 50% improvement with immediate itch relief. The dark scars from me scratching my legs (especially in my sleep) is about 95% gone now and this is after using the product one to two times a day x 2 weeks. I can finally wear shorts again and enjoy the rest of my summer!

Hi Bill,

You had sent me some of your products to try- ChafeZone®, BurnZone® and DepthZone®.
One of the claims that you made was that your product woudl prevent money butt. Up to that time I had trained in Death Valley California, and believe me I had suffered severe monkey butt. In preparation for the 2009 Dakar rally in South America, I have entered two smaller rallies. I am happy to say I have just completed my first Rally. The AMV Shamrock Rally in Morocco, I finished 16th overall for the week and on the last day finished 11th.

The temeratures in the Sahara was around 130 degrees; we rode an average of 300 to 500km per day for 7 days. I used your products. I can say that it would have been very difficult to complete the rally without these products; they are short of amazing. I used them at the beginning and end of each day. I suffered no monkey butt.

XAVIER UNIVERSITY WOUND CARE CASE STUDY

The subject is a 21-year-old female college cross-country runner who competed in a summer triathlon on 7/23/01.    She fell off her bike during the race, landing on her left side and sustaining abrasions to the left shoulder, left elbow (2), left hip near the ASIS, and left knee (2).  She was given a sterile water scrub and Neosporin at the event’s first aid booth immediately after the race and received no other treatment until she arrived on campus.

Product application by the Xavier University Athletic Training Staff consisted of:

Re: MEDZONE® Product’s/ ChafeZone®

I have been selling (and personally using) MEDZONE® products for 2 years now.
I was introduced to the product by Tony Harris with his inquiry if I had ever heard the term “Monkey Butt”………Not exactly the most recognized phrase or sales introduction, but living in Arizona gave me familiarity to the condition he was referring to!
Long hours in the saddle of a motorcycle in the desert can be an uncomfortable situation and the resulting sweat and time in the saddle can lead to the aforementioned condition. Not very pleasant and without mincing any words, you end up with the adult version of Rash on the Butt.

I have used some of the familiar powder products for this and found them to be cumbersome to apply and messy in general. It gets balled up and clumpy for lack of better terminology.
That’s why “ChafeZone®” is such a reliable product to use!

I tried the sample Tony gave me and became a believer within days.
I am responsible for running the different events at our Dealership and spend hours in the sun literally running around tending to details. Many times I would end up with dreaded “Monkey Butt” ………not any more!

I have used ChafeZone® on an old knee surgery area where I wear an elastic knee brace for support. The area around the patella over the years had become dry and was a source of sweat and irritation too……..not any more!
The skin became supple again and no more irritation from wearing the brace daily! I am amazed at all the applications this product has been used for and the list of users is impressive……Athletes, Air Force Pilots, Scuba Divers(Navy Seals), Motorcyclists, Truck drivers, Equestrians and others.

Tony Harris, founder of MedZone®, introduced us to ChafeZone® in February, "08 at the Indianapolis Dealer Show.  My feet were blistered and hurt so bad after walking around all day and I did not want to walk anymore. I decided to give the product a shot. I applied it to my feet and to the outside of my socks and then put my shoes back on. I was in complete shock at how well it was working.  ChafeZone® allowed me to walk around the show for two more days. I could not wait to try it out on my hands. It was February in Nebraska so I had to wait until spring.  Spring finally came in April and we were ready to ride again.  I was going to do my normal taping of my hands to prevent blisters as I had not ridden since November "07, but I decided to try out the ChafeZone®.  I was amazed at how well my hands faired.  I did not have a single blister after practice riding for five hours.  Next, I decided to try to prevent "Monkey Butt". 
The normal routine would have been "Monkey Butt" shorts and baby powder, but let's just say baby powder has been replaced with ChafeZone®.

Application: ChafeZone® comes in a 2 oz. stick.  Application will be different for everyone. I twist the stick up like you would deodorant and rub it all over the palm of my hands, then I turn my gloves inside out and apply it the same way to the inside of the gloves.  I do apply a generous amount as most of the time my hands are dry and I don't want my hands to absorb it.

This product serves many purposes, as mentioned above.  I have used it for blisters, lip balm, and a zipper lubricator.  If you have problems with blisters, hotspots, and chaffing, I highly recommend ChafeZone®.

I found out about your product because my husband is active duty US Navy. His last billet involved working with the US Navy SEALS. They use it for obvious reasons & he brought some home for me to try because I work outside gardening in very hot & humid weather & perspire a lot. I have chafing on my legs/upper thighs from sweat, clothing rubbing, etc. It got so bad that I broke out in a heat rash that itched terribly & then became sore & it was painful to even walk.

I talked with you earlier about the success I have had using DermalZone® for a condition called Lichen Sclerosus.

Lichen Sclerosus is a rare skin disorder that usually occurs on the outer genitalia, but can be seen on other parts of the body, especially the upper body, breasts, and upper arms.

The symptoms are small, subtle white spots that are shiny and smooth at first. As time goes on, the spots develop into bigger patches and the skin surface becomes thinned and crinkled. As a result, the skin tears easily, and bright red or purple discoloration from bleeding inside the skin may happen. Scarring can occur, and this causes the skin to shrink.

I have had a problem with this disorder for a number of years, and I have sought medical treatment from a number of specialists in the Milwaukee area. I have been managing with the prescribed medications; however, I saw your product at a Walgreen's Drugstore, and I decided to try it. It has been an excellent addition to my medical routine. It has helped to minimize discomfort, and several of the skin tears have actually healed.

"I have had the opportunity to use your MedZone Pain Product for several months now. As you know I had polio in 1948, and then 1978 I suffered a rebound what is known as Post Polio Syndrome. It has many, if not all of the negative symptoms, such as pain returning to entire body, muscles, and bones. I find myself with a constant pain that is modulated by temperature, humidity, and activity. In particular, I use a cane to assist me in walking, which caused the first and second fingers of the right hand to become swollen and painful. I applied MedZone to the affected area and noticed an immediate reduction in pain and discomfort. I have the pleasure to inform you that this relief lasted for four hours or more. I have been prescribed heavy duty pain pills for my overall condition such as Morphine and Percocet. But, it seems that these pills don't manage to find there way down to my hand and fingers. MedZone is, without a doubt, the best and fastest way to get relief from a hurting, throbbing, hand and getting practically immediate relief.

I also have had a series of falls resulting some pinched nerves in my neck and back. I have applied MedZone to these areas with the same immediate relief that I received on my fingers and hand.

As I told you when you asked me to try MedZone, I said that I'd tried all those products and don't hold much faith that they can do any good at all. Well, thank you for insisting to just give it a try. I now have two bottles, one at the side of my arm chair and one right next to my bed.
