Download Dr.Stim app on App Store or Google Play
Download Dr.Stim app. It is available on the App Store or Google Play

Turn on bluetooth on your mobile device

Leave your bluetooth settings and open your Dr.Stim app

Click "Add Device"

Turn on your TENS unit by clicking the middle button on top of the device.
The unit will flash blue when searching to connect and flash faster when connected to your mobile device.
