Sponsorship Request

 

Thank you for reaching out to MedZone for an event sponsorship. Community involvement is one of the cornerstones of our business, and we’re proud to support initiatives dedicated to the athletic community. We believe that by working together, we can create lasting impacts that encourage collaboration, togetherness and empowerment.

 

To be considered for a sponsorship, please complete the form below with as much detail as you can provide. Our team will review your request and respond within 30 days.

 

We welcome all ideas – we especially appreciate creative, forward-thinking approaches for collaboration! To help you get started, here are some general guidelines of what we are looking for:

 

Gifted and In-kind Sponsorships — Up to 25 Attendees

• MedZone will be listed as a sponsor on any promotional materials.
• A minimum of 3 event photos showcasing the attendees and/or our products – to be sent within one week of the event’s conclusion.
• At least 1 video (minimum :15 seconds, or multiple shorter videos) highlighting the product, testimonials about its uses, or MedZone’s support of the event to be sent within one week of the event’s conclusion.
• Share 1 in-feed post tagging our Instagram and/or Facebook account @gomedzone.
• Granted permission to share any images and/or video content with our audiences.

 

Gifted and In-kind Sponsorships — 25+ Attendees

• MedZone will be listed as a sponsor on any promotional materials.
• A minimum of 5 event photos showcasing the attendees and/or our products – to be sent within one week of the event’s conclusion.
• At least 1 video (minimum :30 seconds, or multiple shorter videos) highlighting the product, testimonials about its uses, or MedZone’s support of the event – to be sent within one week of the event’s conclusion.
• Share 1-2 in-feed posts tagging our Instagram and/or Facebook account @gomedzone, in addition to 2-3 stories.
• Granted permission to share any images and/or video content with our audiences.

 

 

Financial Sponsorship – up to $500

Minimum Following Required: 10K

 

• MedZone will be listed as a sponsor on any promotional materials and at the event itself (via signage, backdrop, program, etc.)
• A minimum of 10 event photos showcasing the attendees and/or our products – to be sent within one week of the event’s conclusion.
• At least 1 video (minimum :60 seconds, or multiple shorter videos) highlighting the product at the event, testimonials about its uses, or MedZone’s support of the event – to be sent within one week of the event’s conclusion.
• Share 1-2 in-feed posts tagging our Instagram and/or Facebook account @gomedzone leading up to the event, 1-2 in-feed posts during and/or after the event (within one week), and 2-3 stories.
• Granted permission to share any images and/or video content with our audiences.

 

Financial Sponsorship – $500-$1,000

Minimum Following Required: 25K

 

• MedZone will be listed as a sponsor on any promotional materials and at the event itself (via signage, backdrop, program, etc.)
• A minimum of 15 event photos showcasing the attendees and/or our products – to be sent within one week of the event’s conclusion.
• At least 2 videos (minimum :30 seconds each, or multiple shorter videos) highlighting the product at the event, testimonials about its uses, or MedZone’s support of the event – to be sent within one week of the event’s conclusion.
• Share 3+ in-feed posts tagging our Instagram and/or Facebook account @gomedzone leading up to the event, 3+ in-feed posts during and/or after the event (within one week), and 5+ stories.
• Granted permission to share any images and/or video content with our audiences.
